Sathish draws on his diverse project management experience in India and the U.S. to hire, mentor, and grow the Viscadia team in New Delhi, India. He has more than 35 years of operating and leadership experience at software development and information technology companies.
Sathish’s expertise lies in building and scaling teams across all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements to production support. He has hired and mentored software development and quality control personnel, managed teams of 10 to 100 people on critical projects, provided oversight for complex technology vendors, and served as client liaison both on- and off-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sathish is also a skilled classical percussionist — he sees equal beauty in the complex systems of software development and project management as he does in the intricate rhythms that percussionists build to provide a framework for musical expression.
